By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms:
1. ORDERING
You can order by sending me an email: [email protected]
send a DM on Instagram
send a Discord message
2. WHEN ORDERING
Please provide Your full name and a billing address
Please provide a decent photograph/reference of what you're ordering
3. PAYMENT & WORKFLOW
Method: You can pay via bank transfer or paypal. I will provide a receipt and invoice.
Start: Work begins once You've paid.
Sketch approval: Once the sketch is approved I will proceed working on the piece
Progress tracking: I will keep you updated while working
Turnaround time: Typical completion is around 1-2 weeks, but can depend on my workload. Please be patient with me.
Fixes and changes: While in sketch and early painting stage fixes and changes are free. Changes made in the final stage of the drawing will be charged.
4. REFUNDS
Full refund: If you cancelled your commission before I started working on it or if I'm unable to work on your request
No refund: Once you've accepted the sketch
Refunds are handled directly through me.
5. COPYRIGHT
THE ARTIST (ME):
can promote/display the artwork everywhere (Website, Social Media etc).
Include it in my portfolio
THE BUYER (YOU):
Use the commissioned piece for personal use, (you can upload it on all your social media profiles, forums, print it etc)
Use the artwork to promote yourself. You are not forced to give me credit when doing so, but it would be very much appreciated.
THE FOLLOWING IS CONSIDERED COPYRIGHT INFRIGNEMENT:
Reproducing/ using the copyrighted artwork commercially- meaning making money off it in any way.
Claiming the artwork as your own.
Removing my signature from the artwork.
Feeding my art to AI.
Using my art for NFTs.
I reserve the full rights to the image and its use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon (rights to the image for your own non-personal use may be purchased at any time)If you have a problem with any of these statements, they may be changed if discussed with me prior to paying your commissioned piece.
